New guy here. Navy Veteran on his apron. seen him disrespectful to other patrons most of the times I've been here. he either comes off very passive aggressive or downright rude. I feel sorry for the younger staff that has to deal with an old man behind the counter . other than that it's a busy place, so don't expect smiles all the time because they're busy. but most of them have a strong work ethic while delivering great product.
So happy to have a local drive thru Starbucks! My first experience was perfect - there was a long line that they kept moving and I was quickly in and out with a delicious breakfast. I've since gone regularly and they are a high volume locations. The drive through screen is routinely broken, and due to the volume plan 15 minutes in the drive through. The in-store mobile order pickup is organized alphabetically to help you find your order more easily, fantastic idea!
Being a working Mom, having a Starbucks within my neighborhood is a MUST! I was happy to find that there was a new location for my caffeine fix. Fishtown crossing is a great central shopping center off the very busy Aramingo Ave., which explains the long drive through lines that occur especially during rush hour. While the lines can be long, they do flow pretty well. The folks are friendly, delightful, and efficient. No complaints there. My only concern would be that it can be a hit or miss in regards to the items that they have available for my regular order (I'm addicted to the caramel ribbon crunch frap along with a coffee cake). On different instances they didn't have the crunch, caramel drizzle, or coffee cake. And for that reason alone they are 4 stars not 5 stars. The location is pretty new so it's clean and inviting. So all in all, this will still be my go to!
